Notice others play.

Do everything differently over the next few days. Have tea over coffee, even better drink water all day.  Walk or jog a completely different route,  go left not right, eat breakfast for lunch and spend your night baking bread.  Whatever you can do differently try: how you perform daily tasks, who you spend your time with, how you spend your time and how you feed your body, mind and spirit. It's just a game, have fun with it!
