We all have the same basic needs including love, physical activity, a healthy food and water supply, a purpose to get up in the morning, some way to deal with our stress and a safe place to call home. The rest is up to you.
You will find the rest in two words: what matters.
What you put on your list will anchor you to yourself and your goals. These things and people remind you how much you are loved and how happy and fun life can be. Adding them to the busyness of your day will make the trip much more enjoyable, even beat back ugly to manageable. Every time.
