It’s like cleaning out your closet. We all have made choices that were not healthy for us. What matters is if you are still doing them. The rest is up to you.
You find that rest in three words, what doesn't matter.
What you put on your list will help anchor you to yourself and your goals.

forgetting how smart I am
not working out because…..
burgers and fries for lunch, every work day
all of the pain in the ass people (insert names) I can live without!
wasting my energy on ( ) instead of myself, family & friends

the trick is…
Change isn’t (always) easy & usually doesn’t happen overnight.
Personal Responsibility & Consistency are key. A bad diet and no exercise will kill you. As does nonstop stress. If you find yourself making excuses as to why you can’t let something go, ask for help!
Educate yourself. If you find yourself falling back into those habits, STOP. Don’t beat yourself up, no whining and
NEVER GIVE UP. Day One is always there for you and sometimes it’s the best learning experience. Once you realize you don’t need those things, you will never go back.
Imagine all those things out of your life, never to return.
